Lovers of design love to shop, here's what I've accumulated recently:

Okay, so I only actually shopped for the plastic toys and star trek badge....
Squeaky shark, whale shark, and plastic dinos (Plesiosaurs! YAY!).
Ravenclaw prefect's badge from Whimsic Alley from my sister Emily, and a science insignia for my sciences blues from the Science Fiction Museum, of which Forest and I are new members!
Also from my sister, these Pantone leggings from BlackMilk omgggggg!
Not pictured, Pure Heroine 6 by Laurie B! Thanks, Emily!

What's in Sailor Moon's purse?

I don't know about you, but I grew up on a solid dose of Toonami.
I love Sailor Moon, and so does my sister Emily. She also loves sewing and cosplay,
and called in a sister favor a short while ago and wanted me to build some Sailor Moon vector graphics-
which she plans to turn into a fabric pattern. Here are the raw assets.
I will post a photo of the fabric or dress that these turn into when it's complete.

Follow my sister's tumblr and twitter for more updates on working at Disneyland, dressing up, and visiting conventions.

Identity Design: 8 Bit Geek

My best pal Forest Gibson does a lot of work on the youtubes (among other things). You can see him here, here, here and here (with yours truly). He was on his way to VidCon last month, and needed some refreshed business cards. We got to talking and I volunteered to help him out. We came up with the idea to 8-bit pixel illustrate him, and came up with this final branding package.

I used more subtle colors for the print, but we ended up ramping them up and adding some fun pictograms into his twitter and facebook assets. How else do you describe a writer, director, producer, geek, gamer, photographer and laser tag enthusiast?

Expect more posts soon. It's been a while since I've updated, so I have a lot of work to share!
Love, Sarah
